Extras

Yes, I definitely have a weakness for shoes... And clothes... But you can't forget those little extra things that make a difference in your daily life. I am one of those people who love to add a little something extra to my everyday life, such as a luxurious scented candle, nice hand-soap and hand-cream, or a special perfume. The photo above represents some "new ins" when it comes to my everyday routine - a Byredo scented candle and a Byredo perfume. Just having them stand on a shelf in my room makes my day a little bit better, I love the look of them. The smell, of course, is... Well, perfect. For me anyway.

Interior

I am running out of pictures to share with you guys and I ran out of time to take them a LONG time ago so I shall share a pic of an interior detail in my little apartment... The African man is part of an African theme that runs through my entire apartment because of my background and relationship to Africa. And then I have some boxes piled on top of each other. I think it looks quite nice and it also creates storage for things like notes or memories that you want to keep but have no-where to put. The boxes are, from top down: YSL, Mulberry, Acne and Lanvin for H&M...


Tomorrow I have a busy day so I may only share some inspiration pics but I'm hoping to catch up on outfit photos on saturday!

bedside

So since it has now been two months since my boyfriends and I moved here I thought it was time to get some proper bedside tables. Until now I have been relying on some Acne shoe-boxes to serve as furniture but I feel their time was limited. It has been hard for us to find tables that fit our narrow bedsides but finally we found these at Next for £50 a piece. I am super happy and I love how it's still quite dark wood but mixes really nicely with the even darker wood of the bed frame (see very right of the "now" picture)... Speaking of bed I can feel my energy is nonexistent at the moment, so bed it is.

Turns out I didn't have time to update on thursday after I got back home, and friday we left to visit my relatives for the weekend up north, but now I'm back! Here are a few photos of my apartment in Stockholm, and these are the few things that also will be coming with me to London (together with my lovely iMac and a huge TV). My apartment here has been quite simple and really there isn't a lot to show but I have become more and more interested in interior design so hopefully the London one will be more exciting... Pop in soon for a new post.
